Night shift staff (man with spectacles) pretend stupid everytime when you ask for infomation, somemore can watch the hindi movie in my room tv !!. room window broken the whole night I can hear from the street. The fan speed faulty ..whenever switch on maximum spin until I come to fever due too cold at night but hot & dry in the morning . staff ask for tips luckily got some change. Horrible & terrible Elvin Kuala Lumpur Malaysia 14 Oct 2011
